MSR is one of the fastest-growing owner-managed small/medium-sized enterprises (SME) in Bavaria. The business award "Bavaria's Best 50" from the Bavarian State Ministry for Economic Affairs, Regional Development and Energy was presented to owner and managing director Harald Schmitt by the Bavarian Minister of Economic Affairs, Hubert Aiwanger, at Schleißheim Palace near Munich.
Award for above-average company success
For the 21st time, companies are being honoured for their innovative spirit, entrepreneurial creativity and future-proof business models. "Our SMEs make a significant contribution to growth and high employment in the Free State," said Aiwanger.
"With their substance and resistance to crises, they have played a significant role in ensuring that the Bavarian economy is now taking off again after Corona."
The business award "Bavaria's Best 50" benefits companies that have been able to increase the number of their employees and their turnover above average in the last five years and are profitable. Here, the focus is on companies that drive the Bavarian economy forward, live entrepreneurship and take responsibility. The evaluation for this was carried out by Mazars GmbH & Co. KG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft und Steuerberatungsgesellschaft as an independent juror according to objective criteria.
Business Award for expansion and increased turnover
The family business MSR-Electronic has been able to increase its turnover above average in the last 5 years. In the process, more than 50 % new apprenticeships alone and far more than 100 % new jobs were created during this time at the company headquarters in Pocking, Lower Bavaria.
Managing Director Harald Schmitt accepts the business award "Bavaria's Best 50" for his team from Minister of State Aiwanger with great pride and then announces it to his team in the evening at the annual summer party. "There is no better opportunity to thank his employees for this award," says Harald Schmitt.
"Keeping up with the times and keeping an eye on the well-being of the employees are, among other things, important prerequisites for healthy and sustainable corporate development. After all, the success of the company is directly related to the commitment of all colleagues - the goals are scored by the players, not the coach," adds Schmitt.
MSR-Electronic is a company of the MSR-Group GmbH.
