MSR offers an annual BASIC webinar as well as an ADVANCED training for MSR customers to get to know the MSR gas detection systems in detail in direct exchange with technical and development experts.
BASIC & ADVANCED training with expertise on gas detection systems
The BASIC training has been conducted in the form of a webinar since 2020 and has received a very positive response with the virtual training form. This training is specially designed for new customers and new employees of existing customers.
The focus is on acquiring:
- basic knowledge of gas measurement technology
- insights into the company MSR-Electronic
- the basics of MSR products
The BASIC webinar is also a prerequisite for participation in the ADVANCED training (currently also available as a webinar).
It provides:
- the latest in gas detection technology
- detailed product knowledge of the MSR product portfolio

An important block of both training courses are the complex application examples, in the ADVANCED training course on site with practical exercises. This means that errors can already be avoided during the design of a new gas detection system and that device malfunctions can be responded to more quickly.
Each participant receives a certificate upon completion of the training. For ADVANCED participants there is a personal support code on top. With this code, the MSR premium support can be used free of charge for 18 months.
