MSR-Group opens another office abroad - this time in TEXAS. The company thus continues to adhere to its strategy of international expansion.
Dedicated to the USA market, with a focus on fully supporting our existing partners and customers while seeking to expand our presence with new clients in the vast USA landscape, our new colleague Chris Arredondo from MSR-USA will be the contact person for gas detection (MSR-Electronic GmbH) and parking technology (MSR-Traffic GmbH) products.
The first official meeting between Chris Arredondo and Harald Schmitt took place in Dallas – with a visit to VICTORY PARK entertainment district, in the heart of Dallas.
Harald Schmitt is convinced that the MSR-Electronic brand and its range of gas detection systems deserve more coverage. Be it in industries like Oil & Gas, applications like hydrogen or laboratories and many more. Numerous areas, where toxic and flammable gases are handled are subject to strict regulations to protect people's health and the equipment.
To increase this reach, it is essential to expand local presence in various countries to strengthen support for regional distributors and customers. Chris brings a unique combination of experience with decades of first-hand knowledge on Fixed Gas Detection and Portable Gas Detection applications in the Oil & Gas segment, Confined Space Entry/Rescue, along with underground Mining operations.
Chris is a QSSP Certified (Qualified Safety Sales Professional) with over 25 years’ experience in the Safety environment for many industrial applications to include Construction, Heavy Manufacturing, Power Generation, and Food/Beverage operations.
In addition, the MSR team benefits from his expertise in International Sales in Latin Americas and his fluency in the Spanish language. Chris previously worked with Blackline Safety, Honeywell Analytics and DuPont among others.
Chris Arredondo will bring immediate focus to the customer needs for reliable and competitive gas sensor technology both in the industrial sector and in new construction projects by networking with professionals through his established relationships.
With his roots early in his career as a Customer Service Representative for the Vallen Safety organization and having served Honorably in the United States Army he is a well-organized, disciplined, and highly-committed professional you can count on.
At MSR-USA , Chris will initially focus on the industrial and marine sectors. After a while he will also move on to other markets in order to support the growth of parking technologies (provided by MSR-Traffic GmbH).
